  • Is this like crossfit or bootcamp?

Our program incorporates elements similar to CrossFit and bootcamp styles, but with its own unique approach. We blend weightlifting, functional movements, and high-intensity interval training. Our coaches lead team-based workouts that focus on both strength and conditioning aspects.
  • Do I have to be fit to join?

Fitness level is not a prerequisite for joining. Our program is designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels. Our experienced coaches will adjust the intensity and difficulty of exercises based on your current capabilities.
  • Can I train for ninja warrior?

While our gym does feature obstacle course elements, our primary focus is on preparing individuals for real-world athletic events such as Spartan races and marathons. We do not specifically tailor our training for television show competitions.
  • How old do you have to be to join?

Our program is primarily designed for adults, with a typical age range of 40 and above. We do accommodate teenagers aged 15 and older when accompanied by a parent. Our membership includes individuals in their 60s as well.
  • What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic attire suitable for the current weather conditions. On days when rope climbing is part of the workout, we advise wearing high socks. Gloves are optional and may be worn based on personal preference.
  • What do your classes look like?

Our weekday classes are 60 minutes in duration, while Saturday classes extend to 75 minutes. Each session begins with a warm-up period, followed by a structured workout guided by our instructors.
  • What if I'm injured or can't do something?

We are committed to accommodating individual needs and limitations. Our workouts can be modified as necessary. To ensure personalized attention, we limit class sizes to a maximum of 16 participants.
  • Do you have a kids class?

We do not offer group classes for children under 15 years of age. However, we do provide one-on-one coaching sessions for younger individuals with specific fitness objectives.
  • How often should I attend?

For optimal results, we recommend attending at least three sessions per week. Our workout routines are varied daily to prevent overtraining and maintain engagement.
